განათლება და კვალიფიკაცია

დავამთავრე თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის მექანიკა-მათემატიკის ფაკულტეტი,

სპეციალობა მათემატიკოსი, 1958 წელს. იმავე წელს, სწავლა გავაგრძელე თსუ ასპირანტურაში პროგრამული უზრუნველყოფის განხრით, ვსწავლობდი საბჭოთა კავშირის მეცნიერებათა აკადემიაში. 1961 წელს დავამთავრე ასპირანტურა და დავბრუნდი თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში. დავიწყე მუშაობა მექანიკა-მათემატიკის ფაკულტეტზე, ჯერ ასისტენტად, შემდეგ განყოფილების გამგის მოადგილედ. 1966 წელს დავიცავი საკანდიდატო დისერტაცია, ხოლო 1978 წელს მომენიჭა უფროსი მეცნიერ-თანამშრომლის წოდება კომპიუტერების პროგრამულ უზრუნველყოფაში. 1968 წლიდან ვმუშაობდი თსუ გამოყენებითი მათემატიკის სამეცნიერო- კვლევითი ინსტიტუტის უფროს მეცნიერ თანამშრომლად, პროგრამირების განოფილების მოადგილედ, ხოლო 1973 წლიდან 2006 წლამდე სისტემური პროგრამირების განყოფილების გამგედ. 2011 წელს ვიყავი მათემატიკისა და ინფორმაციული ტექნოლოგიების სამეცნიერო-კვლევითი ინსტიტუტის დირექტორი სოხუმის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში. 2016 წლიდან მე ვარ ინფორმატიკის სამეცნიერო კვლევითი ინსტიტუტის დირექტორი სოხუმის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში. ამავე დროს, მე ვიყავი 2014-17 წლები მიწვეული სრული პროფესორი (ნახევარ საშტატო ერთეულზე) საქართველოს ტექნიკური უნივერსიტეტის ინფორმატიკის ფაკულტეტზე. 1983 წელს დავამთავრე ფრანგული ენის შემსწავლილი კურსები მოსკოვის უცხო ენათა ინსტიტუტში და საბჭოთა მთავრობის მიერ გაგზავნილი ვიყავი ალჟირში (ანაბის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში პროფესორად), სადაც 1983-87 წლებში ვასწავლიდი პროგრამირებასა და მათემატიკას ფრანგულად. იქ, ჩემი ხელმძღვანელობით ორმა სტუდენტმა დაიცვა PhD დისერტაცია. სამჯერ 1991, 1995 და 2003 წლებში მიწვეული ვიყავი საარლანდის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში (საარბრუკენი, გერმანია) სამეცნიერო თანამშრომლობის მიზნით.

პედაგოგიური და სამეცნიერო საქმიანობა

დაწყებული 1961 წლიდან სამეცნიერო საქმიანობის პარალელურად აქტიურად ვმონაწილეობდი პედაგოგიურ საქმიანობაში თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში (2009 წლამდე), სოხუმის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში(1998 წლიდან დღემდე), საქართველოს ტექნიკურ უნივერსიტეტში(2014 წლიდან დღემდე). დაწყებული 1961 წლიდან, სხვადასხვა სალექციო კურსები მაქვს წაკითხული დაპროგრამების თეორიასა და პრაქტიკაში. ვასწავლიდი სხვადასხვა დაპროგრამების ენებს, როგორიცაა: ALGOL-61, ALGOL-68, FORTRAN, PASCAL, DELPHI, BASIC, PL/1, TURBOPROLOG, VPROLOG, C, C++, C#, PERL, OZ, Alice, Haskel და სხვა; მონაცემთა ბაზების თეორიასა და პრაქტიკას სათანადო მონაცემთა ბაზების მართვის სისტემების გამოყენებით, როგორიცაა: ACCESS, FOXPRO, DBS და SQL. პრაქტიკულ მუშაობაში ვიყენებდი შემდეგ ოპერაციულ სისტემებს: DOS, WINDOWS, NT4 და UNIX(კერძოდ, LINUX). ასევე, ვკითხულობდი ლექციებს ინტერნეტის გამოყენებასა და ინტერნეტ დაპროგრამებაში.

სამეცნიერო მუშაობის მიმართულებით, მრავალი სამეცნიერო პროექტი განხორციელდა ჩემი ხელმძღვანელობითა და მონაწილეობით პროგრამირების თეორიასა და პრაქტიკაში. მათ შორის: მათემატიკური ტექსტების ექსპერიმენტალური მანქანური თარგმანი ქართულიდან რუსულად(1966 წ.); თსუ ფინანსური და სამეურნეო საქმიანობის ავტომატიზირებული სისტემა PL/1 ენისა და მონაცემთა ბაზის საკუთარი მართვის სისტემის გამოყენებით(1975 წ.); დიალოგური კომპილატორი ეგმ БЭСМ-6-ისთვის(1978 წ.); პროგრამათა პაკეტი მყარი ტანის მექანიკის სივრცული პრობლემების გადასაწყვეტად (მონაწილე,1980 წ.) საბჭოთა კავშირის ГНТК-ს დაკვეთით; სასწავლო კურსების შექმნის ავტომატიზირებული სისტემა და მისი გამოყენება(1990 წ.); კომპიუტერიზებული თსუ საგამომცემლო სისტემა(1996 წ.); თსუ-ს პირველი საიტის შექმნა(ევრაზიის ფონდის გრანტი, 1997 წ.); შეიქმნა და გამოიცა ინტერნეტში ინგლისურ-ქართული ელექტრონული ლექსიკონები(ინგლისურ- ქართული - 2400 ლექსიკური ერთეული, სოროსის ფონდის გრანტი; გერმანულ-ქართული, 2300 ლექსიკური ერთეული; მათემატიკური ტერმინების მრავალენოვანი ლექსიკონი, 2400 ლექსიკური ერთეული; გერმანულ-ქართული ტურისტული მეგზური), 1990-2000 წლები; ქართული ტექსტების კომპიუტერული მორფოლოგიური და სინტაქსური ანალიზის პროგრამათა სისტემა, 1990-2006 წლები. 2006-2009 წლებში, მე ვიყავი თსუ გუნდის სამეცნიერო ხელმძღვანელი INTAS-ის გრანტით დაფინანსებულ პროექტში “ პროგრამების ფორმალურ-პრაქტიკული ვერიფიკაცია ავტომატური მსჯელობისა და მოდელების შემოწმების

გამოყენებით“. აგრეთვე, ამ პროექტში მონაწილეობდნენ მოსკოვის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის, კიევის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის, კიევის კიბერნეტიკის ინსტიტუტის, ტიმისუარას უნივერსიტეტის(რუმინეთი) და ლინცის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის(ავსტრია) გუნდები. 2013-15 წლებში, მე ვიყავი სამეცნიერო ხელმძღვანელი თსუ პროექტის „ნიმუშების აღრიცხვა HEDG ცვლადებით“ - რუსთაველის ნაციონალური ფონდის გრანტი. პროექტის „LCP(HC): დაფუძნება, რეალიზაცია და გამოყენებები“ სამეცნიერო ხელმძღვანელი, რომელიც დაფინანსებული იყო რუსთაველის ნაციონალური ფონდის გრანტით და შესრულდა თსუ-ში (2015-17 წლებში).

მე ვმონაწილეობდი მრავალ საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო კონფერენციებში როგორც საპატიო თავმჯდომარე, კონფერენციის თანათავმჯდომარე თუ პროგრამული კომიტეტის თანათავმჯდომარე, საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო ორგანიზაციების კონგრესებზე მიწვეული მომხსენებელი პლენარულ სხდომებზე(იხილეთ ჩემი ვებ-გვერდი: http://fpv.science.tsu.ge/jemali- page.html). მაგალითად: 1-2 ივნისი 2013, მე ვიყავი თანათავმჯდომარე სამი საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო კონფერენციის პარიზში. ამავე დროს მომხსენებელი პლენარულ სხდომაზე; 17-18 სექტემბერი 2014 წელი, პარიზი, მე ვიყავი სამი საერთაშორისო კონფერენციის თანათავმჯდომარე და ერთ-ერთი სექციის თავმჯდომარე; 1-2 მაისი, 2014 წელი, სინგაპური, საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო კონფერენციის საპატიო თავმჯდომარე. მე ვარ მრავალი საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო ორგანიზაციების სამეცნიერო კომიტეტის წევრი(იხილეთ - fpv.science.tsu.ge), საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო ჟურნალის - LNSE - მთავარი რედაქტორი, ამერიკის მეცნიერებისა და განათლების გამომცემლობის სამეცნიერო ჟურნალის პროგრამ უ ლ უზრუ ნვ ელყოფა ში რედკოლეგიის წევრი, ინჟინერთა საერთაშორისო ორგანიზაციის სარედაქციო კოლეგიის წევრი, UNESCO-ს ექსპერტი ინფორმატიკაში, სამი საერთაშორსო კონფერენციის შრომები გამოიცა ჩემი რედაქტორობით.

დაჯილდოებული ვიყავი 1953 წელს ოქროს მედლით საშუალო სკოლის წარჩინებით დამთავრებისათვის, 1970 წელს ოქროს მედლით ვ.ი. ლენინის დაბადებიდან 100 წლის იუბილესთან დაკავშირებით საბჭოთა ხელმძღვანელობის მიერ, 1999 წელს მადლობის სერთიფიკატით თსუ-ში ხანგრძლივი სამეცნიერო და პედაგოგიური მოღვაწეობისათვის თსუს პროფკავშირების მიერ, 2016 წელს თსუ-ს მედლით წარმატებული სამეცნიერო და პ ედ ა გ ო გი უ რ ი მოღვაწეობისათვის, 2017 წელს ა ფ ხა ზ ე თ ის ა ვ ტ ო ნო მ იურ ი რ ე ს პ უბ ლ ი კ ი ს უ მა ღ ლ ე სი სა ბ ჭ ო ს ს ა პა ტ ი ო ს ი გ ელ ი , მიღებული მაქვს რამდენიმე სერთიფიკატი თსუ-ს საბავშვო უნივერსიტეტში ლექციების წაკითხვისათვის, მრავალი სერთიფიკატი საერთაშორისო კონფერენციების ხელმძღვანელობისათვის.

ჩემი ხელმძღვანელობით რვა ასპირანტმა დაიცვა საკანდიდატო დისერტაცია პროგრამული

უზრუნველყოფის დარგში. უმეტესი მათგანი წარმატებით მუშაობს საზღვარგარეთის სამეცნიერო დაწესებულებებში(ავსტრია, პერუ, ისრაელი, ალჟირი).
